“This is my 4th year growing the Butch T pepper. I grew it when it was the worlds hottest and in my opinion it still ranks up there with the reaper. Its got a different type of burn that hits you very hard. The Butch T came from Mississippi and its a mean mean pepper. I have been saving seeds from the “cool shaped” butch t peppers and year after year the majority of the desired shape is getting better and better! Only seeds from the special shaped pods are saved. The butch t has a great shelf life and its average heat does not dip low, its always consistently high. That’s why its a winner and was a record holder.”
